Not cleaned out before moved in,
with a hoover that is too old to do the job properly; no microwave, which is apparently more of a health issue than the cooker that keeps releasing too much gas and then switching off while food is inside; the boiler is very old and the flame goes out when it's windy - also took a long time to get the heating working in the first place (up to a month) as the pipes were too unclean, and some leak; the mattresses on the bed very old, with spring sticking out; the house itself is very old, though quite cosy overall, but the kitchen walls are disgusting and we wrote it in our contract, which the landlord later signed, to fix the kitchen walls BY September 09. very disappointed in overall performance and limited contribution of landlord.
