The flat is a 5 bedroom flat, similar to halls of residence, the flat has a sewage smell due to the drains and has been like this for 3 months, ever since we moved in, there have been several attempts to try and help the problem and find the source but the muppets just do not seem to realise whats wrong and upon us asking them to do something time after time they do nothing. My father has come to assess the problem as that is his trade and found the problem in 2 minutes, rather poor if you ask me, that within 3 months nothing has been fixed. Other than that the property is a great location but it is somewhere I should not have chose first of all, oh well a lesson learnt.
