The house is well decorated and furnished, but doesn't come with a TV in the lounge.

If you want the internet you have to sort it out for yourselves aswell as a router as we found the wireless internet to be temperamental.The house is wired for broadband and phone in every bedroom.

Telewest and Sky are both available.
The 9 (yes 9) halogen spots in the lounge are impossible to change without a ladder (H&S hazard), so get the landlord to change the for you.
The landlord is ok, not the friendliest of people , but if you moan enough things do get done.

Personally though, I didn't like his attitude - we were the cheapest property on his books so I felt the more expensive properties were given priority.
