We wrote the other positive comments when we were living in the house and everything seemed ok.
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS LANDLORD.
He tried to take our deposit when we spent 5 days cleaning the house- it was spotless. He tried to charge us for commercial cleaning and didn't give us any option to do the things ourselves.
take my advice- dont get caught-stay well clear!!!!!!
