Alright for a cheap student house but a lot of problems. Absolutely freezing in all rooms, problems with damp in 2 rooms, holes in floor boards. Its in a good location as close to most uni buildings and close to shops but very loud as its on the main road and you hear coop deliveries all the time! Wouldn't recommend the landlords to anyone they are very unhelpful and promise things that never happen.
